Defense Dept & Pentagon Stop Purchasing Assault Weapons from Manufacturers who sell Assault Weapons to General Public

The Defense Dept and Pentagon should stop purchasing assault weapons from Gun manufacturers who continue to sell the same weapons to the general public, such as the Bushmaster high capacity weapons designed for use in wartime theatres.
This weapons should be restricted to sale to the US Armed Forces and not the general public.
Firearm manufacturers who serve both markets should be excluded from future sales to Government armed forces, such as Army, Marines, Special Forces, Rangers, etc.
