Define "assault weapon" on record

Created by E.M. on February 16, 2013

In order to protect American civilian interests and firearms, we propose that the administration go on record defining an "assault weapon" and making the definition applicable to all future local, state, and federal policies as:

"A weapon of WAR with BURST or FULLY AUTOMATIC capability holding one or more of the following options:

i. a folding or telescopic stock;
ii. a pistol grip;
iii. a bayonet mount;
iv. a detachable magazine;
v. a flash suppressor or threaded barrel designed to accommodate a flash suppressor; and
vi. a grenade launcher."

(maybe this will make everyone happy)
