Define the citizenship status of "Ted" Cruz, to avoid a constitutional crisis.

We, the petitioners, do not know if Senator "Ted" Cruz is constitutionally eligible to be president. The President should direct the Attorney General to declare that Senator Cruz is not a natural born citizen. He may or may not be: the declaration is intended to force the Supreme Court to decide. Until a decision is handed down, the country faces constitutional turmoil during and possibly after the election. This action should be taken immediately and the president should then urge the court to hear the case prior to the Republican convention in the interest of fairness. The legal cause for action is that the uncertainty is a potentially grave danger to the country.
