Define clear regulations on job terminations. No state should have the right to fire.

Created by D.M. on February 23, 2014

In an economy where jobs are few in number, companies and corporations should never have the right to fire without a justifiable cause. Regulations should be legislated on what a company can terminate a job for. The right to fire limits employees from speaking out against their boss from fear of losing their job. No man or women should work in a harsh work environment afraid to speak up because she can be fired without a cause. This is wrong and shouldn't be allowed. Americans work had and should have job security. The right to fire do not create job security and have many people fearing for their jobs everyday they go to work. With proper regulations this injustice can be stopped.
