Define the concept of "shame" which is directed at gun-owners as hate speech.

Recently the President and certain media outlets have been associating the word "shame" with gun ownership. This is clearly hate speech and should be included under those set of laws. Gun ownership is an American right and Americans should never be made to be ashamed of their rights. More people are killed by automobiles than guns. Car ownership is merely a privilege, but car owners have never been shamed into banning their cars. If a school bus goes over cliff and kills 25 children, should all bus drivers feel ashamed? If an HIV- infected homosexual contaminates the nation's blood supply, should all homosexuals feel ashamed? Shame directed at gun-owners is hate-speech - ban it now!
