Define double jeopardy to include any forms of retrial of an individual who has been found not-guilty of a crime.

Currently in our Nation a individual found not guilty of a crime can be retried for the same crime under the definition of a civil suite and we feel this is wrong. Once a individual has been proven inoscent he should be inoscent. It is our opinion the current system of allowing a civil suite to follow a criminal suite in which the individual is found not guilty is double jeopardy and in its self a violation of any and all forms of human rights. We further seek that the federal government respect the findings of our states in such cases.
In short we ask that not guilty remain not guilty in any and all courts by any and all definations to include civil and hman rights.
