Define employers' use of mandatory drug tests as unconstitutional under the fourth amendment.

Created by E.H. on April 11, 2012

The use of mandatory drug tests in order to maintain employment is both discriminatory and invasive. If the employee's use of controlled substances does not impede their performance on the job, than it is irrelevant to their employer's decision to maintain their employment.
