The Obama administration has often used the term "fair share" to describe the differences paid in taxes by different income levels. The administration has appeared to rely on personal and emotional attachment to the term to allow each individual to determine what the term should mean. We believe that the administration should stop relying on emotional definitions of emotional terms and define what "fair share" means in concrete, unambiguous language.
