The US Constitution is the basis of all law and government in the US. Disobedience to the US Constitution and laws and court decisions made pursuant thereto presents a fundamental danger to civilized governance, and should be a felony under Federal law.
The President of the US and the Congress of the US shall define felonious rebellion against the Constitution and laws of the US and the penalties to be applied for breach as:
Any government employee or official who does not recognize the US Constitution, laws and decisions made pursuant thereto, particularly Article VI and Amendments I and XIV, or who does not believe in obedience to the same, or who maintains that there are exemptions for state or local law or from the law for any person, group, sect, is banned from government employment.
