Gangs are nothing but domestic terrorists. They prey upon the unfortunate and use fear to intimidate to gain power and money. National Guard or active duty Army and Marines units should be deployed to neutralize gang activities. Arrested gang members should be detained without formal charges or hearings similar to any other terrorist and held indefinitely. Gangs must be stopped.
