Define "News" as a tool to inform the people of factual events that could change their lives in one way or another. Prohibit the media from influencing the masses with their various agendas, I.E. Political, enviornmental, religious, social and ideological. If the Intent of the story is in anyway other than that it should be clearly identified as such both before, during and after the information is given.
