Define the political status of Puerto Rico between a sovereign country or a state.

Puerto Rico is currently under the status of Common Wealth or "Estado Libre Asociado". Every four years the people of Puerto Rico keep getting fooled by politicians that say that they are going to find the solution to the political status of Puerto Rico. These politicians have little to no credentials with the people of Puerto Rico and it is time to out a stop to this. I am petitioning the Obama administration, The House and The Senate to take action in this matter to come up with a reasonable plan to systematically either grant sovereignty or statehood to Puerto Rico. I request as part of this petition to EXCLUDE all Puerto Rican government officials. They cannot be trusted.
