American needs to get on the same page with Handicapped Parking spots. When there is a Van Sign no one with a car should be able to park there, because Vans have side entrance van lifts and it is impossible to park in a regular handicapped space, when you have a lift in your van, for you to get out of and into your Van. If it says Van accessible, and a car that has a blue card hanging from their window park there they should get a ticket. I have had to deal with this problem for so many years, because, I have a Van for my handicapped children, and we are always needing to educate people on why there are Van accessible spaces, they never seem to see the VAN park of the sign. We run into this everywhere we go. NO matter where it is.
