Define proximities wherein an organized people may not protest as a safety precaution for all parties involved as well for the humanity and moral obligation to respect one another.

Anywhere within one-half mile of the following proximities should be considered as unsafe or perverse to the moral commonality among the people as areas for protest.

- Cemeteries
- Funerals
- Churches
- Medical Institutions
- Mental Infirmaries
- Non-profit Organizations
- School-grounds
- Federally Designated Voting Centers
