Define "Small Business" as under 20 employees so politicians can't say their bill helps small business when it doesn't.

Created by B.R. on March 04, 2015

Too many politicians pitch bills as “helping small business” when in reality they only help large corporations. This petition would legally define "small business" in all legislation and political speech.

Take the Farm Bill. Its pitched as helping small business family farms. But its mostly a subsidy for the largest industrial producers like Monsanto.
Or Tax Reform. Too many politicians prevent any increase on the top tax rate by saying it would penalize small business. In reality, only 2.5% of small business owners earn enough if you raised rates on the 1%.
Or the Affordable Care Act. Critics claim it hurts small biz even though all businesses with less than 50 employees are exempt from the requirement. 97% of small businesses meet this exemption.

We need true small business support!
