Define term limits for members of the House and Senate.

Due to the nature of gerrymandering and the speed in which our World is ever-changing, keeping a stagnated Gov't is not in our best interest. Old ties, old rules, old deals should be considered 'Old Policy.' It is time that we continue to enhance our beloved Constitution to include these same limits that our President has. With the current non-performing Congress it is time to pass legislation to help combat this from happening in the future.
