There have been a terrifying number of botched paramilitary police raids, resulting in the deaths and/or injuries of innocent people and even family pets, often due to police raiding the wrong address.
The practice of police raids (especially "no-knock" raids) needs to end. The Constitution does not provide police the ability to behave this way.
SWAT teams must also be defunded, as they are the primary source of this trend, and are a waste of resources, regardless. There is no reasonable excuse for a non-fascist country to have such police forces.
Likewise, police checkpoints that impede citizens' travel and accuse everyone of crimes, must be outlawed.
Lastly, traffic stops are dangerous for both LEO and citizen. Require a warrant before police are allowed to order citizens to pull over.
