Defund Congress' Pay and benefits until they learn how to work together for the American people whom they serve.

The American people are tired of the constant threats to our economy, due to all parties in Congress choosing not to do the job they were elected for. Therefore, until they have learned to communicate and compromise responsibly, we the people demand that their pay and benefits are cut BEFORE any other cuts are made. Perhaps we can bring in a few Kindergarten teachers that can teach them to play nice and compromise.
