Whereas the FCC, without the consent of the governed, has seized control of the Internet within these united States, whereas regulations will impose the loss of liberty, whereas the regulations will impose taxes not approved through Congress, whereas Congress did not petition nor legislate that the FCC seize control of the Internet, it is resolved by the governed, that the FCC be defunded until such time as the Internet is once again free, exempted from additional taxation not authorized by Congress.
