We should stop giving foreign military aid to the parts of the middle east that are at fighting with the other countries or the terrorists. Doing this can help pay off our debt, and ultimately stop the death of people by not giving the means to do so. I believe that funding countries like Iraq and Israel is bad because They have had a war over territory disputes, and even after we killed Saddam Hussein Iraq still invaded Kuwait. Also funding countries who have something wrong with them is bad with proof being the current civil war in Syria.
