Members of the US Senate and House of Representatives:
Whereas, the Affordable Care Act, also known as “Obamacare,” is constitutional, economically empowering, and well-implemented good government policy;
Whereas, the American people have overwhelmingly called for its implementation as true healthcare reform;
Whereas, the American people represent millions of citizens' cries for relief from the crushing burden of a obstructive and oppressive Congress;
Whereas, it is incumbent upon you to act in the best interest of the American people and defend the Constitution;
Be it resolved, that we do hereby stand with President Obama, Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi, and others to demand that you permanently fund the Affordable Care Act as expanded Single-Payer Medicare/Medicaid.
