The intention of this is to support the congressional bill authored to keep the rest of government running. While at the same time freezing all funding both discretionary and mandatory for the Affordable Health Care Act authored by president Obama. I believe the further you look into the trainwreck Obamacare is becoming you will agree with the validity of this effort. The president himself has delayed implementation of the employer mandate as being unworkable within the set timeline. I would argue that the entire bill is an unworkable monstrosity and needs to be stopped. Thank you for your consideration.
