If the Obama administration wants to pick and choose select parts of Obamacare to delay by executive fiat for blatantly political purposes, it should defund the entirety of Obamacare until it has the ability to actually implement the law or until the law is rightfully repealed. Crushing regulations and taxes that will pinch small and big businesses alike are a burden upon the economic integrity of the United States.This bill has levied enough assaults against the livelihood of American business owners.
