defund/reform USDA's inhumane Wildlife Services program.

The USDA's Wildlife Services (WS) program is designed to kill any wildlife that harms or kills livestock. It's official mission is to provide Federal leadership and expertise to resolve wildlife conflicts to allow people and wildlife to coexist. Since 2000, WS has killed at least 2 million native mammals and 15 million native birds. In 2014, WS killed 322 wolves, 61,000 coyotes, 2,930 foxes, 580 black bears, 796 bobcats, 5 golden eagles, and 3 bald eagles in the name of protecting livestock on public and private land primarily in the west. Its trappers use poison baits, cyanide traps (M-44s), leghold traps, and neck snares. We need to defund/reform this agency for killing innocent animals only to benefit livestock ranchers.https://harpers.org/archive/2016/03/the-rogue-agency
