Planned Parenthood Federation of America, Inc., is a tax-exempt corporation under Internal Revenue Service code section 501(c)(3) and is not a private foundation. Contributions are tax-deductible. IRS regulations state that 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations cannot engage in political campaigning. Planned Parenthood acts extremely political under their "Action Fund" using their same image, logo, annual reporting, and even linking their "Action Fund" and 501(c)(3) websites. Clearly, this organization is in violation of engaging in politics and should be stripped of all federal funding immediately.
