Planned parent hood is a nonprofit group with donations on the rise. Why then do they need governmental assistance. Plenty of nonprofit organizations are capable of this that have been around shorter than planned parenthood, then why can't it.
It might free up a nice chunk of cash for spending or even reinvesting back into the bank account of social security or even into NASA
