This website does not meet the need for which it was created. When contacted for help, the live chat operators and the telephone assistance operators simply tell you to try again, either late at night or early in the morning. When pressed for actual help, they simply rephrase the same advice. How is this at all helpful? If this system is so broken, it is clearly time to scrap it. The money saved could be redirected to many more worthy causes. And furthermore, attempting to overhaul the health care system without addressing the cost of medical services, not just insurance, is laughable.
