A Constitutional amendment is needed to overturn Citizen's United. Corporations are not people. Corporations are legal fictions, and should be subject to control and regulation by the legislative system. It should read as follows:
"Corporations are subject to the full legislative authority of the entity creating them, and of the United States of America. Corporations are not entitled to any of the individual rights enumerated in the Constitution or the Amendments to the Constitution."
