Delaware Healthy Children's Insurance (Chip)

Delaware needs to increase the poverty level to 300% for family's of 3 & up, the economy is worse, & the poverty level at 200% is incorrect. something need to be done about this. If this is passed our children would qualify for chip in Delaware as well as the poor. The economy has made the middle class with children at the level poor. Delaware the bill Has has been put on hold for 2 years due to no budget. Other bills have been passed why not Chip for the 300% level!
