delay action on Syria until a time of your choosing even if the next President has to finish (i.e. Osama bin Laden).

This petition urges The President to reply to Syria's war crimes at a time and manner which gives the US and the world the most reward for the least risk. It took the next administration to get Osama bin Laden but everyone understood why he was taken out. I trust the next President will not forget his use of chemical weapons, However, if the opportunity to respond comes within the next 3 years then so much the better.
