1) Delay official certification of election results on major elections (presidential; congressional, etc) until a specified date one month or more after the election.
2) Absolutely insure that any and ALL military AND absentee ballots are counted in certified totals.
3) Stop media outlets (MSNBC, Fox, ABC, CBS, CNN, etc etc) from declaring projected winners until all votes are counted and certified.
The delay in time will allow for accuracy and stop any need for hastily posting election results until there is comfortable certainty that irregularities have been addressed and all votes have been counted.
