Due to a government shutdown, all members of Congress, the POTUS, the Vice President and their respective staff members will not be exempt from receiving a paycheck. They will be categorized as "Non Essential". During a shutdown, these key members of our government will not receive pay nor will they have the capabilities to utilize the tax payers money to go on vacation.
