Delay the selection of our next supreme court justice until our next president is sworn in to office.

Due to President Obama's inability to lead from the middle and include all American's in his policy discussions, I feel it is imperative that he be not be allowed to appoint Justice Scalia's replacement. While President Obama appears to be a good and decent person, he has shown little concern for half of our country. This same disregard must not be allowed to dictate the proceedings of our Supreme Court for the coming decade(s). Given the divide in our country over his policies, he should acknowledge and respect the fact that he is unable to appoint someone who the country can support. This decision should be left to our next president, whoever that may be.
