Social Security & Medicare have problems that Congress is not fixing. Congress should have to use the same government programs & health care that the American People do. It will help them to understand what is broken, what changes need to be made and the out of pocket costs associated with these programs. Congress needs to walk a mile in our shoes to understand the people they represent.
