Delete the $100K cap on taxing payroll taxes. Everyone who takes home a paycheck would pay into the Social Security Fund. All people including CEO's. Sport's people, Wall Street employee's would pay their fair share.
This would insure the system would be in the black for generations.
When the time is for collecting, then the 65 or 67 years old who make over $100K would collect the max of $3000.00 a month for their extra input.
Also, the fund could not help balance the Federal Budget like it has in the past. It must be seperate and be used for Social Security people.
