The government needs to remove any social security numbers that were issued to temporary allien residents if for any reason they loose their legal status in this country.
There is many indocumented people in this country that at one point had a legal status in this country and applied for a social security card but now they're living in this country illegally. but since they have a social security number issued to them, they can fill out an incometax return as self employed ang get a return every year.
We also have to remember that those people can also get all kinds of social services since they ha a social security number.
