I would like to see a bill passed through congress of the size and scope of the Affordable Care Act for the basic human right of having simple access to a quality and affordable education. It could potentially be funded by the hundreds of billions in tax revenue the federal government COULD collect if marijuana is legalized, regulated, and taxed to no end. However, it would only be deemed legal for those over the age of 26.
Imagine: Free, quality college education for all US citizens, paid for by the federal government's willingness to listen to reason, innovate, and strive for excellence throughout the World.
Universal Education, and Legalization! You could have your cake and eat it too!
