Deliver the next State of the Union address in the voice of Bane from "The Dark Knight Rises"

The following reasons clearly show that the President should give his next State of the Union address in Bane voice with an accompanying mask;
1: Foreign governments allied to these United States will respect us for taking on the role of such a strong character.
2: Foreign entities with interests contrary to that of this government will fear the crushing power of the man who almost killed Batman.
3: Bane stands for freedom, and for protesting a failing system of government, two things all Americans can agree with, regardless of party lines.
4: Should the speech be delivered well and in character, the entire country may unite as neighbors to chant, "deshi basara, basara", increasing national unity, and prompting our country to "rise" from these difficult times.
