Mr. Obama has violated The Constitution by:
- Implementing Cap & Trade through EPA regulations after it was defeated by Congress.- Rammed through Obamacare without allowing it to be read before voting and against the will of the people.
- Made 4 appointments by Presidential Fiat while the Senate was still declared in session.
- Changed Immigration Law by legalizing approximately 800,000 illegal aliens by Presidential Fiat without Congressional approval.
- Has not had a Federal Budget in 4 years.
- Corruption of the Election Process.
