The Obama Administration has carried out a secretive program of drone strikes abroad and use of drones to patrol US territory. The recent extrajudicial "targeted killing" of US citizen Al-Awalaki and his son while abroad begs for an explanation of legal rationale and justification for such an immense power grab by the executive branch over the lives of suspected, not convicted, terrorists. We the People demand an explanation of these programs and why they aren't a blatant violation of due process rights. We claim the right to all information necessary to petition this government for the redress of grievances regarding these clandestine CIA-driven killings of Americans, per the 1st Amendment of the US Constitution in pursuance of 5th Amendment due process rights.
