demand all members of Congress forfeit their salary back to the Treasury for non-performance of their official duties.

Congress has indicated an unwillingness to pass even the most basic legislation to address some of this country's basic needs. In fact, some members have openly stated they will do nothing until after the November elections. Our country is crumbling and they do nothing. They should return their paychecks and resign.
