In order for fair elections to take place, We the people demand that anyone who wants to vote in a local, county, statewide or presidential election MUST be in this country LEGALLY. Not just be here in body.
People who make changes in the laws, people going into office whether local, county, statewide or for the office of the president have residency for no less than 4 years before being allowed to vote.
When laws are voted on... Only the United States Citizen's should be able to have a say.
