The international community is considering lifting sanctions on Iran based on a deal which fails to address the many threats Iran still poses to the the world.
Through the continued application of international pressure and increased sanctions, the US should lead the international community in negotiating a better deal, one which achieves at least these 5 objectives:
1. Roll back Iran's nuclear program including dismantling all centrifuges
2. Shut down most of Iran's nuclear facilities, particularly those which were built secretly, underground
3. Iran's disavowal of all forms of terrorism and commitment to stop supporting terrorist organizations
4. Dismantling Iran's missile program, particularly those with the ability to carry nuclear warheads
5. Require Iran to recognize Israel
