NYPD, Peter Liang has already reported to his superiors about his gun and it was definitely an accident. I believe not a single police officer would wish to kill another human being. For him to honor to want to protect our society as being an office i do not think it is right to charged him where other police officers has gone away with the same circumstances.
It is not fair to all the minority in this country whereas only the white people can get away with criminal charges in the United States.
