After doing the court of oryx, I received an exotic special engram after defeating the Fanatic of Crota. Upon entering the Tower, I went to the cryptarch and decided to turn in my exotic special engram for decrypting by means of the cryptarch and his wizardry, and received nothing in return. This is a tragedy that goes without words, I am appalled by the events occurring on 4/23/2016, and demand that Congress act on these matters immediately.
