Rape is rape, whether married or not. No More laws that PROTECTS rapist to rape without criminal liability under fraudulent consent because the Woman was not married. Such as the case “Julio Morales’ Sex with sleeping woman” where “A person who accomplishes sexual intercourse by impersonating someone other than a married victim's spouse is NOT guilty of the crime of rape of an unconscious person under section 261, subdivision (a)(4)” It is bad enough that Women don't want to report a rape and the Law Protecting Rapist using FRAUD to commit Rape without penalty does Not Empower Women to speak up and expose the rapist and bring Justice. We Demand Equal RIGHTS and protection for married and unmarried Women! We demand to strike down unjust laws that protects and favors the rapist.
