Colleges have been messing with the Amercian people for far too long. When the government has increased loans, colleges have decided to hike up prices even more to make more money, creating a vicious cycle which increases America's budget/ spending. There needs to be an immediate change, as people who don't have the money are stuck going to community colleges and are losing out on their dream colleges. The degree that they want is out there, it's just out of reach because college is too expensive!
TL, DR: Colleges are too expensive and the system needs to be changed immediately.
