demand that congress pass a campaign finance reform bill prior to the next election.

Created by M.B. on November 22, 2011

In order to remove the influence of big money from elections congress shall pass campaign reform that does the following:

Limits all individuals to a maximum contribution of $100 to political candidates and PACs each month. An individual may contribute $25 to a PAC and $75 to a candidate or any other combination.

While Citizen's United is the law of the land, these same limits shall apply to all corporations, hedge funds, and any other artificial persons deemed to have first amendment rights under the Citizen's decision.

The US has a compelling interest in reforming campaign finance in this fashion so that no person, or artificial person shall have an undue influence on any election. Failure to support reform is a declaration for inequality in voting.
