How many more fathers, mothers, brothers, sisters, sons, daughters, cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends must we see killed simply because of unjust prejudice and damnation against the flesh they were born in?
We the people are tired of being targeted and mistreated by those who are meant to protect and serve. We are tired of our people being demonized, our anguish being ignored, and our fellow Americans being slaughtered. The End Racial Profiling Act is key to combating systemic racism as it would prohibit any law enforcement agent or agency from engaging in racial profiling and grants an individual injured by racial profiling the right to obtain declaratory or injunctive relief.
If the virtues of this nation truly are, "Liberty and Justice for All," we must start acting like it.
