Demand that Congress Pass Legisltaion to Prevent Firearms & Explosives Being Sold in U.S.to Non-U.S. Citizens.

For Congress to knowingly allow for the lawful sale or transfer of possession of firearms or explosives of any kind to non-U.S. citizens is a violation of their Constitutional duty when: The FBI has told Congress that the terrorists who would attack us in our very homeland are already here and present in all 50 states. The FBI Terrorist Screening Center reports that of the approximately 98 percent of the individuals on the Terrorist Watchlist and fewer than 500 U.S. citizens are on the No Fly List at this time.The GAO reported that between 2004 and 2014, suspected terrorists succeeded 91 percent of the time when they attempted to purchase guns from American dealers at least 2,233 times.There is a current international threat from terrorism, including specific threats against the U.S>
